Joseph J. Arcata
Mr. Arcata is a principal of the firm and a member of the Business and Finance Group and Litigation Group. His practice covers general corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on representing businesses, investors and entrepreneurs in the areas of financial services, emerging technologies, media and the digital economy. Jay serves as general counsel to corporations and other business organizations spanning a diverse array of industries. In addition to his corporate practice, Jay is an accomplished litigator, having tried more than ten cases to conclusion.
His practice includes representing clients with respect to venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, formation of business entities, and various securities matters, including private offerings and fund formation.
