Staci H. Bachman
Ms. Bachman is a principal of the firm and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Group and the Business and Finance Group. Staci´s practice encompasses real estate development, leasing, commercial finance and business law.
Ms. Bachman serves as general counsel to developers, landlords, tenants, franchisees, institutional and private equity lenders and investors and various other business organizations. She counsels clients with respect to multi-use projects, joint ventures and closely held business agreements, ground, retail, restaurant, film studio and office leasing. Staci also represents borrowers, institutional and private equity lenders, credit unions and other financial institutions in connection with originations, sales, purchases, participations and workouts of commercial real estate loans, including construction, mezzanine and leasehold financing and serves as local counsel for a variety of out-of-state businesses and national law firms. Her practice also includes representing clients in connection with private offerings relating to the acquisition and development of commercial real estate and business enterprises.
